Meet Simon
Simon Jalbert has built and sold two companies from the ground up. As co-founder of Traction House and Rookie, he led teams, scaled both businesses from zero to seven figures, and navigated two successful exits — learning firsthand what it takes to build something real.
That experience as an operator shapes everything about Hemlock. Simon knows what it means to pour years into a business — and what it feels like to face the decision of what comes next.
